The complete foods have a synergistic effect on the whole body and hence the body prefers such foods to vitamins and mineral supplements.
Hence now we know very well what an antioxidant food is and hence we have to make a choice out of processed foods or a balanced diet of complete nutrition. It is always advisable to choose a great balanced diet.
