Weight Loss Diet - What Fast Weight Loss Diets Are There?

Folks like quick solutions. Long term programs do require perseverance and patience, but they work the best. Both elements are troublesome. Weight loss is no different. People who want to lose weight are are always looking for the fast weight loss diet. The issue is the pounds return after the diet ends, the yo-yo effect. When integrated into an overall healthy diet, fad diets can be of benefit.

This three day diet will help you lose pounds. But remember, it must be part of an overall eating plan and should not be maintained for more than three days.

For day on breakfast is black coffee or tea with (Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water, one half Grapefruit or 8 oz Juice, and 1 piece of toast with one tablespoon of Peanut Butter. Lunch consists of one half Cup of Tuna on one slice of toast and black coffee or tea (sweetened with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water. Dinner should be three ounces of any lean meat, a cup of green beans, 1 cup of carrots, 1 cup of vanilla ice cream, one medium apple, and to drink black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water.

For day two breakfast is black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water, 1 egg (any style,), one piece of toast, and one banana. Lunch is 1 cup of cottage cheese or tuna, five saltine crackers, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water. Dinner is two beef franks or hot dogs, one half cup of carrots,1 banana, one cup of broccoli or cabbage, 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

And finally day three breakfast includes black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or a glass of water, 5 regular saltine crackers, 1 oz. (slice) cheddar cheese, and one apple. Lunch is one hard boiled egg, a slice of toast, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water. Dinner includes 1 cup of tuna, one cup of carrots, 1 cup of cauliflower, one cup of melon, a half cup of regular vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (with Sweet & Low or Equal) or water.

Cottage cheese can be substituted for tuna, an orange can be substituted for grapefruit, frozen yogurt can replace the ice cream, and as much lemon, salt and pepper, and mustard can be used as needed. Please remember that this fast weight loss diet is meant to be a three day diet, only to be eaten along with an overall healthy diet. Another great idea is to ask a nearby hospital what they serve for patients on low calorie diets.
